Who handles your data
Your personal data is handled by Žvėryno veterinarijos gydykla, UAB (company code 124654130), trading as Vilnius Vet. We process data in line with the GDPR and Lithuanian law.

What data we handle and why
- Website. Technical information (IP address, browser, pages visited) to keep the site running and secure. With your consent, also analytics and advertising data to improve the site and measure our ads.
- Calls and emails. Your name, contact details and message, so we can reply and arrange a visit.
- Online booking. Handled by manoregistracija.lt under its own privacy policy.
- Clinic visits. Owner contact details and pet health information, to provide care and keep medical records as the law requires.
- Job applications. Your name, contact details and CV, used only for recruitment.
Who we share data with
We do not sell data. It is shared only with companies that provide services to us (server and email hosting) and, with your consent, with analytics and advertising tools: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel and PostHog. Some of them may process data outside the EU under EU-approved safeguards.
How long we keep data
We keep data only as long as needed for its purpose or as the law requires. Job applications are deleted when recruitment ends, unless you agree that we keep them longer.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its use, and withdraw your consent at any time. Email klinika@vilniusvet.lt – we reply within a month.
If you think your data is handled improperly, you can contact the State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We use:
- Necessary – to make the site work and remember your choice.
- Analytics (Google Analytics, PostHog) – to understand how the site is used.
- Marketing (Google Ads, Meta Pixel) – to measure and show ads.
