Your visit

We listen, we explain, we agree on next steps

How a visit works, which areas of the clinic we work in and what happens in each.

Three steps of a visit

We listen

First we ask you: what has changed, since when, and how your pet is doing at home.

We explain

We examine your pet and explain in plain words what we see, which tests are needed and why.

We agree on next steps

Together we discuss the treatment plan and the time of the next visit.

We listen · we explain

The conversation and examination take place with the owner present. Here the veterinarian listens, examines your pet and explains what they see.

We explain

Diagnostics

We do most tests on site: complete blood count and biochemistry, urine and faecal tests, skin scrapings and cytology, and specific disease tests (e.g. FIV/FeLV, canine parvovirus). Results are ready in 20–30 min.

Operating theatre

Most often we perform spays and castrations here, remove tumours, repair hernias and bone fractures, and treat teeth. Before surgery, the veterinarian consults with you and answers your questions.
